Maestro di cava
Intense ruby red with light garnet reflections. On the nose it is clean, elegant and varietal with hints of ripe red fruits and elegant pyrazinic notes. The palate is savoury and intense. Excellent tannin, natural and perfectly integrated with the body of the wine; fresh and elegant. Persistent finish with a currant aftertaste.
Varieties: 100% Cabernet Franc
Vineyards: altitude of 150 m above sea level, with west exposure. Soils have volcanic origin with an abundance of stones named Rioliti di San Vincenzo
In the cellar: spontaneous fermentation in truncated tapered unrefined concrete vats. Fermentation lasts about 13 days, using native yeasts. Aging in large untoasted French oak
barrels for 24 months
